Once received, an invoice for payment will be sent to the email address submitted on the form within 48 hours. When the full invoice payment has been received and cleared, the order will then be processed and dispatched in accordance with our terms and conditions below.

Ordering and Delivery

When ordering through this website you will be sent an invoice with your chosen payment method details. We accept all card payments through Paypal. If you are ordering an item from outside the UK your Card Company will use their own exchange rate to convert the transaction to GBP.


We do accept other currencies through PayPal. We offer payment facilities on Invoice for Direct Payments/CHAPS and BACs. This may be subject to additional charges which will be detailed on the Invoice as an 'Administration Charge' however you will be informed prior to purchase of any additional transaction charges.


Goods will not be despatched until payment has been received in full and cleared in our bank Account. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone: 03301 132950. We will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.


We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and must be signed for, costs per order are:

Standard 1st Class Delivery (Small Parcel) in the UK £2.80

Standard 1st Class Delivery (Medium Parcel) in the UK £4.80

Standard 1st Class Delivery (Large Parcel) in the UK £7.80

Standard Air mail to Western Europe (5 to 7 working days) Price on Receipt of Order

Standard Air mail to the Rest of the World (7 to 10 working days) Price on Receipt of Order

Delivery Schedule

You must inform us within three working days of expected delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem. Please take a photo of the damage where possible and quote your order number in all correspondence.


Back orders

It is our aim to ensure we always have stock of items promoted on our website. Occasionally we may run out of a product before we've had time to indicate stock levels on our site. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, (or a part of your order) we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
